Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the product sales services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided on the e-commerce website “Car Plus Used Car Sales EC Site” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), operated by Car Plus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
Please carefully read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the Site. By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Article 1 (Definitions)

- A sales contract is deemed concluded when the Company sends an order confirmation notice.
- Ownership of Products passes to the User at the time of shipment.
Article 6 (Payment)
- Users shall pay the price of Products, shipping fees, handling fees, and other applicable charges (including consumption tax) by the method designated by the Company.
- In the event of a payment delay, the User shall pay late payment charges at the rate specified by the Company.
Article 7 (Shipping and Delivery)

- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, accidents, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
