Do you sell accident or damaged cars?

No. Our buyers carefully inspect each vehicle, and we do not handle cars with accidents affecting driving safety or durability.

Are vehicles inspected or serviced before export?

Yes. Each vehicle is thoroughly inspected at purchase, and we also conduct pre-export inspections to ensure safe transactions.

Which manufacturers do you handle?

We mainly handle Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Subaru, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, and other Japanese brands, as well as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, and more.

Do you alter or tamper with mileage?

Absolutely not. We never engage in odometer tampering or altering recorded mileage.

Are English manuals available?

Since we sell vehicles previously owned and operated in Japan, manuals are generally in Japanese.

Purchase & Payment

What is the purchase process?

What payment methods are available? (Bank transfer / L/C)

Payment must be made via bank transfer within one week after invoice issuance.

※ If payment is not received within one week, the transaction may be considered invalid.
※ Bank transfer fees are fully borne by the customer.
※ Please confirm fees with your bank before finalizing the purchase.

Is it possible to trade with a deposit?

Yes, deposits can be accepted upon request.

Which currencies are accepted?

USD, EUR, AUD, NZD, and JPY.

Does the listed price include inland transport?

Prices are displayed as FOB (vehicle price + inland transport + fee). Once confirmed, we will provide the full CIF price including additional costs.

Do you issue receipts for payments?

No. Bank transfers provide official transaction records for both buyer and seller.

Shipping & Delivery

From which port will the vehicle be shipped?

Mainly from major ports in Japan. However, we can accommodate specific requests. Please contact us.

How long does shipping take?

The average lead time from purchase to delivery is around 2 months. Approximate shipping times:

  • Japan → Auckland: about 20 days
  • Japan → Wellington: about 24 days
  • Japan → Christchurch: about 25 days

Is vessel tracking available?

Unfortunately, tracking information cannot be provided.

What documents are required for export?

・Please check the latest information with your country’s customs and transportation authorities (e.g., NZTA in New Zealand, KEBS in Kenya, NHTSA/EPA in the USA, DVLA/HMRC in the UK).

Can I return or exchange a vehicle after purchase?

As a rule, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Yes. Both individuals and companies can create accounts.
